All rental items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered or picked up, free of damage, excessive wear, stains, or missing components. Clients are responsible for the care and safekeeping of all rental items for the duration of the rental period. A refundable security deposit is required for all rental orders. Following the return of all items, the security deposit refund will be initiated within three (3) business days, provided all items are returned on time and in satisfactory condition. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. If any items are returned damaged, excessively soiled, missing, or not returned at all, applicable repair, replacement, or cleaning fees may be deducted from the security deposit. Should damages exceed the amount of the security deposit, the client will be responsible for the remaining balance. All rental items must be returned by the agreed-upon return time. Late returns may be subject to additional fees. Rental fees are non-refundable once items have been delivered or picked up. Mi Cielo Rentals & Events is not responsible for damages caused by weather, venue conditions, or circumstances beyond our control once items are delivered or installed. Clients assume full responsibility for rental items once delivery or setup has been completed.
